New York, 19 September 2017, Under the leadership of Sweden and France, a high event was convened in the Margins of Twenty Second United Nations General Assembly. Minister of Environment and Energy H.E Thoriq Ibrahim participated at this event today.
Minister highlighted climate financing remains heart of the problem in addressing climate change globally. Financing in general for climate actions and particularly adaptation is one of the significant barriers for small countries.
